ok so I'm currently writing a novel that I want to turn into a series, but I also have a stand-alone novel planned for later on the side.

In the series, there's an all-powerful benevolent sun goddess that they worship and they talk all about how the sun brings life and stuff

In the stand-alone the sun is the root cause of an apocalypse...

I searched for an evil sun

And it brought me an image

Of the moon covering light

Can we never aknowlage

That there may be evil in him

Along with his light?

Can we ever imagine

That she may never have been

The one to blame?

She lived her life to the fullest,

Dancing on delusions and broken dreams.

First we gazed from the sea of trees to the ground

Then the ground to the sea

And sea to the sky

Then we though the sky the limit

Until we found a sea in the stars.

She quit her new job,

Had to take out a lone

She called up the press,

And then called you a crone

And now all you can think

Is to get her alone

Because maybe she likes you

That I was falling right with them

Then I told my beating heart

That I bled right with her

Then she told that sky in your eyes

That I wanted to fly so high,

Until I feared the drop

Then you tried to set me down slowly

But I just fell again

I thought I'd pull it off; I hoped to wreck it
