i was scared to see the backrooms movie bc i really really love the backrooms and didn't want the movie to be bad and i'm so happy that everyone saying that the movie had no plot is just a victim of the literacy crisis and not an accurate representation of the movie itself

#you people cant do anything #you watched the movie with your eyes closed and your fingers in your butt and that's why you cannot identify a plot or message #to be clear i did find the movie a bit slow at times but you cannot watch that kitchen scene and tell me it gave you nothing #either we didn't watch the same movie or you had your airpods in the whole time #i would make this more eloquent but i lowkey ate spoiled food bc my parents are loathe to throw out expired food and i'm paying the price #aka i'm about to vomit #but know that i have strong feelings about the backrooms movie #KANE PIXELS GET BEHIND ME #┈ ✴ ﹙rambling﹚

living away from home got too nice and i forgot i'm lowkey scared of my dad

#he's crashing out on my sister for wanting to hang out with her friends on prom nite #screaaammming at her bro like he walks around acting like he's reformed like he was only mean to us when we were kids #no mf you're still awful and you always say yeah i'm changing but you're still this way #i'm on the couch eavesdropping upstairs which isn't rlly hard because he's screaming berating her #i'm nauseous and shaking and crying and this has nothing to do with me #the whole thing ended like 5-10 minutes ago i'm still in fight or flight #and i'm mad asf bc iky sister is in the shower sobbing rn and he's upstairs watching the game #sometimes i feel crazy for not being close with my dad #because he guilts me for being closer to my mom all the time and like. he hasn't really done anything to me lately?#and then shit like this happens and it's like oh yeah he's fucking crazy !!! i don't talk to him bc idk how to #and maybe there are consequences for telling your kids “this isn't a conversation / you don't get to speak when i'm talking to you” so much #but what do i know :p #thinking about how my dad dead ass used to beat me as a kid but denies it to this day #and i don't mean like i've confronted him about it and he said he didn’t #i mean he jokes about how good my siblings and i have it because he doesn't beat us like other parents do to their kids #wrong! you don't beat my youngest sister!!! which i am very grateful for don't get me wrong. but you did beat me and my middle sister #like do you think i forgot that shit ??#i'm on the couch with my mom trying to watch tv like we were before that all went down #i'm sitting literally two feet away from her silent with tears rolling down my face and my nose running uncontrollably #and she hasn't noticed and i can't explain bc she'll get mad at me for being scared of my dad #┈ ✴ ﹙rambling﹚
