I could very well be translating this wrong, my Spanish is remedial af. I read it as “Is this not cultural appropriation?” And the answer is no, it is not cultural appropriation because the artist (Chanyang Shim aka Royyal Dog) is Korean, not Black. So a black person is not inserting their self into a different culture into or making a mockery of a different culture.
