ATTENTION, ATTENTION. MUN ANNOUNCEMENT. 

Or you can completely skip over this. It’s just changes regarding my muse so feel free to skip over this.

So recently i’ve had some time to think about kyuri and all the things I want to do with her. I wasn’t completely satisfied with her background / her personality ( ? ) or better yet the reasons behind her personality so I went digging into old kidnapping cases to get some sort of motivation. And I found some! So now instead of being kidnapped she’s actually the child of the kidnapper and the kidnappee. And she also lived locked up in the basement with her mother. That’s the most major change and everything else will be minor like little personality tweaks and tweaks in interests. 

I haven’t completely figured out everything but i’ve got the outlines of it all and i’ll slowly piece them in when the time calls for it. She has also has a new bio ( I actually finished this one ) that you can read here ! * sweats * I tried a new style of writing in the bio so bear with it. Uh, what else? I also had a plot page but I had to wipe three of them off since they didn’t fit with the new plot....but it’s still one left and you should check it out here ! Of course I have more on the way but i haven’t had the time to write them out in detail but some ideas are: a childhood friend ( one of the first friends she’s ever made. they taught her a lot about interacting with other kids / humans, a lot of manners. and little things about the world. they still teach her things to this day. ) , some sort of sibling ( I was thinking that the person who kidnapped them had a child of some sort from a past r/s and since they have the same father they’re allowed to meet & play together. Wouldn’t that be cute? I think so. ) , Toxic r / s ( friends, exes, something like that. i read that children who grew up in an abusive situation tend to fall in one too & let people manipulate them sometimes. I want to have something like this where a person controls her and stresses her out and basically makes her puddy in their hands. ). That’s all the ideas I have for now. None of them are gender specific so anyone can snag em.

   { ✯ }        Unsure of why he was out so late, he gazed up. The sky was dark and the stars shined so bright. It was mesmerizing. He had finished worked not long ago and after that, he had gone to buy some groceries, he held inside a bag, with his right hand. Perhaps the warm temperature made the night feel incredibly recomforting, perhaps he was just tired and needed to stop for a little while and take a moment to himself. To relax. He closed his eyes for a moment and took a deep breath then opened them again. Nights like these were beautiful, the sky was beautiful. Stars were extremely interesting. Constelations. He didn’t understand much of it, at least not in scientific terms, but he still admired it. It was rather hard not to. He heard a voice, but he didn’t immediately turn his head. He continued to gaze up until his neck hurt. “Yea, it’s pretty.” He finally lowers his head, rubbing at the back of his now sore neck and smiling at the female. “No, that’s okay. I think I was being hypnotised anyway. You saved me. I’m Nate, the pleasure is mine.” He bows his head slightly at her.

〈 ▬ kyu™ 〉❛ I too always find myself getting lost in the beauty of things. I think making you want to stare at them forever is a secret power pretty things hold. ❜ Kyuri can find beauty and interest in just about everything. the simplest things spark her curiosity and once that happens she can’t help herself from researching. though, it’s one big problem that comes with a mind like hers. just as easily as her interest is piqued; it can be stolen away. and that problem leaves her with an abundance of unfinished activities piling on her to do list. she feels a bit more relaxed around the male so she inches closer while nodding. ❛ glad to hear I was some help to you! though, who would want to be saved from such a wonderful view? if anything i’d like to be left alone to bask in it but i suppose I can see your reasoning. ❜ the corners of her lips curve into a bright smile then her eyes avert upwards to gaze at the skies. despite her conversation starter and the praise she gave the night, she hadn’t really taken much time to admire it. she was too busy getting lost in her own worries and looking at the pavement which was a clear mistake seeing how beautifully aligned the stars were tonight.

a content sigh passes through her lips then her eyes move back to the male’s features. ❛ I hope you don’t mind me asking but why are you out so late at night? most people would be sleeping at this time of night. ❜

〈 ▬ kyu™ 〉humming a quiet tune as her eyes dance across the abundance of books stacked along dusty shelves; reading each title. her fingers eagerly reach for the spines of interestingly titled stories but always, at the last second, she retracts and goes back to browsing. to her, the perfect book is about as good as gold and since she’s gifting this book to someone else afterwards she’s being extremely picky. it has to be intriguing in all aspects and tipping the scale toward sheer perfection. she strokes her chin, completely zoning out from the normal human world and into one of her own liking. one filled with books & knowledge. recently she’s been pulling herself into this space quite a bit. it’s her favorite place to be since it kills two birds with one stone by helping her escape earthly troubles and giving her useful information for the future. she’s so lost inside her own mind that she completely forgets she’s in public and that she came with someone else. just as she reaches for another book a pair of thin, familiar arms wrap around her hips and yank her out of the dreamlike state. 

she has no doubts on who it is so she turns her head to greet her same aged friend but in the process it leaves her neck vulnerable. yooyoung must have saw this golden opportunity and lept at the chance to send a gust of wind rushing towards kyuri’s neck. the breeze sends tingles rushing throughout her entire body, the bad tingles she despises so much. the tickle tingles. Kyuri is so ticklish that even just a little attention directed towards her neck can send her into a fit of giggles and cries. just like it is now. though, she’s attempting to quiet all her noises since this IS a library. but keeping the laughter in is hardly an easy task since it’s practically knocking at her front teeth. she grits them tight, swallowing the giggles back in the abyss of her stomach before speaking. ❛ Yooyoung! i’m enjoying the sudden burst of affection but can it not be towards my neck? it’s too sensitive. ❜ her words come out as fast spurts in an attempt to finish before the giggles force their way back up. ❛ i really hate this! ❜

〈 ▬ kyu™ 〉❛ i don’t, unfortunately. sorry scout. ❜ if this wasn’t the worst luck. kyuri is usually stocked with medicine that she hides in a tiny baggie shoved into the deepest crevice of her purse. but just days earlier she used the last of it to cure her own headache and forgot to replenish her supply. she looks to the slightly older girl with pity, her fingers combing gently through her silky locks.  ❛ I have some at my apartment.... but that won’t help you since it’s miles from here. hm...how about we get you some tea and a light snack? maybe that’ll help. ❜

〈 ▬ kyu™ 〉clubs don’t tickle her fancy as much as the average twenty-one year old. it’s just something about the distastefully loud pop music and the stench of sweat that turns her off. yet, here she is, sitting at the bar of a nightclub, sipping drinks. how she ended up in here was the doing of her own curiosity. she wanted to see just what made people so addicted and now that she’s thrown in the middle of the clubbing life, it’s a nightmare. the only thing keeping her here at the moment is the flower in a patch of weeds. she had planned on leaving minutes ago but then this guy with a guitar took over the stage and she just had to listen. he’s good, she thinks. so she waits until he finishes to finally lift from her seat. though, she doesn’t leave. instead she slips through a crowd of people just to hop in front of him. ❛ Bravo! ❜ she cheers with the brightest smile, hands giving him a small applause. ❛ you’re really good! I was over there— at the bar listening. this is my first time coming here, and probably my last, so i felt the need to tell you that you play well before i left. I’m kyuri, nice to meet you! ❜

it’s a moment of surprise. something unexpected. people don’t usually grab him like this, and jungkook becomes stuck, unsure of what to do. when people grab his hands, it’s usually a good friend. done out of love for one another, with skin pressed to skin and his heart resting too close to their wrist. it was something of intimacy, in which he found all that he could of himself in their comforting touch, and sweet gesture of friendship. he knows with a firm certainty that this is not like those times. far from it. but he doesn’t pull away his hands with some anger rising in his throat. no, he merely stands there, looking down at her with his lips pressed together, and too many stories kept quiet behind them.

his hands are shaking in her’s, though not too much, because she’s holding them and so, her own touch lessens the tremors. but it shows that he’s not comfortable with whatever she’s doing, or whatever curiosity got the best of her. he knows he won’t tell her. mostly because she doesn’t deserve to hear them, but also because he just hates talking about it. so for a moment he keeps quiet, contemplating pulling his hands away or just keeping them there. his hand twitches when she pokes at the scars, his bottom lip being sucked into his mouth. he knows when enough is enough. “no.” he tries to do it gently, tearing his hands away from her own. “I don’t fight no cats. that’s damn stupid. why you wanna know anyway? ‘s not like it’s any of your business, really.”

〈 ▬ kyu™ 〉one contributor to kyuri’s impending downfall will be her inability to read atmospheres. really, the only time this girl can detect a hitch in aura is when the tension is suffocating. she’s completely ( and obviously ) oblivious to the trembles of his hand, the angered pressing of his lips, and just his overall discomfort. his hands and the stories they hold send her curiosity into overdrive and she finds herself zeroing in on that only. creating millions of possible scenarios in her mind. it’s not until she feels a slight tugging from his end that she snaps out of her trance and her fingers loosen their grip. her distractor is gone now so her focus drifts upwards to finally meet his gaze. she can’t read auras to save her life but when it comes to reading eyes? she’s adept at it. she never misreads irises. now his uneasiness is clear to her and she can’t help but to feel bad. hand stretching behind her head to give her neck a rub while her eyes sink to the floor. ❛ oh, sorry for holding your hand prisoner. you don’t have to tell me anything, it is your life afterall. i wasn’t trying to meddle. i was just genuinely intrigued, that’s all. ❜ 

disappointment settles in as his words & tone sink into her brain and she loses all hope of ever knowing where the markings came from. though, to make herself feel better, she settles with the origins being from him actually fighting a cat. she’ll believe that no matter how many times he denies it. ❛ but if one day you do feel the need to share the story of your hands i’ll be all ears. i’ll even tell give you a method to heal future scars! ❜ as she talks, her eyes bounce back up to his. they shine with sincerity at first but after a few moments, they regain their earlier curious twinkle and she finds herself prodding at his life again. ❛ your dialect is really prominent! i’ve never heard someone speak like you before and it’s making me curious about your hometown. you don’t use standard language so you can’t be from seoul. ❜ it’s strange how little details of his life can pique her interest this much. that excitement from earlier starts bubbling in her stomach again but this time she tries to simmer it before it gets out of hand. ❛ but of course, you don’t have to tell me that either. i’m just curious. ❜

〈 ▬ kyu™ 〉it’s funny how the lingering scent of a familiar cologne could send her mind into a frenzy. the wretched scent causes her stomach to twist in painful knots of worry and she feels herself becoming nauseous. she knows the smell of this cheap cologne all too well and memories fill her mind to the brim. painful ones of him. her head spins a million miles a second and the dizziness makes her hallucinate. she swears she caught a glimpse of him in the distance and this ‘sighting’ makes her limbs freeze. sleep paralysis manages to take her even in this state of consciousness and she’s helpless, all she can do is stare with horror. until she hears the faint sound of ara’s voice and snaps back into reality. her limbs become fluid again and she’s able to do more than just stare. ❛ don’t worry about me. it’s all in my head. ❜ the smile she forces on her lips is painful. ❛ um....can we go? i kind of just fell out of the mood....or, better yet, i’ll just go. i don’t want to kill your fun. ❜
