Todays habit is for all of our social media junkies and it comes straight from 9HP CEO and co-founder @candiceq : I schedule time for social media and then I get off. I schedule just 3X times a day to read, scroll and respond for 15 min and then I get off. Social media is important as an #entrepreneur but can easily consume you if not done correctly. I schedule time to read then I jump off no matter what. If it's important I will send myself an email to read it later. #habitsofhappypeople #30daysof9hp

#habitsofhappypeople I eat breakfast. Everyday. It can be as small as a yogurt cup or as grand as Pancakes, Eggs and bacon (my fav). I don't skip. So when everyone else is starving at lunch when they skipped #breakfast, my energy is still high. - @candiceq #mealplanning

Rest and relaxation. Another of many #habitsofhappypeople taking time to yourself is great and super important! Even better? After you take some time to decompress and forget the pressures of school or work try bringing your work into your relaxing environment. You'd be surprised at how working from a new location will inspire you, leading to fun new ideas and invigorating you to start back at your regular workplace come #Monday (at San Juan, Puerto Rico)

Organization. One of many #habitsofhappypeople I use digital and physical planners and calendars to make sure I stay on top of everything I have to do in a day.
