People responding to vegan posts with stuff like ‘I’m gonna go eat a burger now just to piss off the vegans!’ is the equivalent of someone being like ‘I’m gonna go outside and run my car’s engine for a few hours for no reason just to piss off environmentalists!’. Like. Can you imagine

And it’s entirely misdirected.

Running a car engine hurts the environment just as eating a burger hurts animals, and yet they think it’s a way to get back at us as individuals.

It’s very self-serving and apathetic.

It means they have no issue targeting the weak because they’re an easier target than the privileged who speak for them.

A more similar comparison is someone saying they’re going to go kill a puppy for every one that a shelter saves. Like what does that accomplish other than the fact that they’re exposing themselves as disturbed?

weird question but is it true that animal parts like genitalia and lips are being used in meat production? i've heard that they are sometimes part of sausages bc it's a mixed up mush anyway and no one will notice? and that they're doing it bc they wanna use the "good parts" (like legs) for steak?

A lot of people don’t seem to care much about the underpaid migrant workers who pick our vegetables until they want to shut up a vegan

And they always forget to mention that if they eat animals they are supporting the use of underpaid migrant workers more than double that if they didnt since grains ect need to be fed to animals, and migrant workers are also used in slaughterhouses who then are much more likely of developing ptsd…🤔

don’t think about people who left.

clean the clutter in the room and dishes in your sink.

smile at yourself and random people.

do something kind and out of the blue to make someone happy.

work out or meet with friends even though you have no energy to.

calm yourself down when your thoughts race.

remember to drink water.

don’t dwell on things you can’t control.

do things good for yourself, even though you have no motivation.

tell yourself that you’re growing from this, and you won’t feel like this forever.

if were being honest like….. a majority of anti vegans dont actually care peta is misogynistic. no one boycotts axe or beer companys for sexually objectifying women.

they dont care about immigrants picking vegetables. they eat the same crops as us AND eat meat that was killed by immigrants in slaughter houses.

they dont care about people in food deserts that have such limited options they have no choice but to eat unhealthy foods that will give them horrible health problems. they ONLY bring them up if its to justify needless animal slaughter

they just want to feel like they have the upper ground and they want to win the battle against animal rights. its all so transparent i cant believe those posts get 100k+ notes and people eat it up without seeing it
