[[This is just guesswork on my part, but I figured the reasoning was twofold:

1. Unlike Repo!, TDC was made independently with proceeds from ticket and merch sales going toward funding the next episode. As such, I assumed that Terrance, Darren, et al would want as much of their TDC-themed stuff as possible made in-house, so as not to divert any of that much-needed money toward giving a cut to another creator for making and selling merchandise.

2. The Repo! necklaces Rocklove made were based on iconic items unique to the film, and TDC just... doesn't really have anything like that? Nothing I can think of, in any case. Maybe the devil-clown logo, but past that... what? Scorpion's knives? The Morningstar Diamond? The symbolic animals from the fables used? Pendants like those already exist (and those are just two of many, many examples), and I think it would be difficult to make "official TDC" versions stand out and be worth buying as unique-to-that-movie merch.]]

Fandom I originally made it for has done little more lately than make me grind my teeth, and every other aspect of it seems so tied to storylines I can't even bring myself to look at anymore without crying that if I got rid of those, I don't think there'd be anything left. So a revamp doesn't even seem like it's possible, from where I'm standing.]]

[[On the one hand: I miss writing Cori. And Hannah. And to a lesser extent Ivy and Mnemo and even all the other blogs I made that never really got off the ground. 

On the other hand: I don't miss the constant stress. I don't miss drama. I don't miss forming friendships and then completely fucking them up because at some point I apparently forgot how to communicate like a normal person and now do nothing but say the worst thing possible.

Not to mention that if I get back on this blog in particular, I'm going to have to scrap at least two-thirds of the 'verses I used to play in. I've tied so much of this character's various storylines and so much of her overall development to characters written by people I fear aren't speaking to me anymore, but more importantly that I'm afraid to speak to anymore. (Or, at any rate, ashamed to speak to.) It's enough that I really have to wonder if scrapping the entire blog and starting over wouldn't be easier. 

So I guess that's where things stand right now.]]

It always disturbed me that a gentern had her hand on Mag’s boob during the Blind Mag’s Story part.

[[There's absolutely nothing to be disturbed by, since that's not even remotely close to what's going on in that picture.

Both GENterns are standing at the foot of the bed in the foreground, while Mag's upper body is in the background. In order to get anywhere near Mag's chest, the GENtern on the right would have to either reach her right arm out a lot farther or twist her body away from the 'camera' to use her left--the one she's holding out.

What she appears to actually be doing is reaching out to take the scalpel the GENtern on the left of the frame is handing her.]]
