Lack of Sleep Starters!
pronouns and context can be changed as you see fit.
When was the last time you actually got some rest?
Alright, that's it. You're going to bed, and I'm not taking no for an answer.
Look at you! You're spilling coffee.
You have bags, and I'm not talking about the Gucci kind.
Jesus, have you been awake the entire night?
It's 4am. You need sleep.
You're safe here. You can rest now.
I promise, I'm fine. I just look tired a lot, thanks to... the tiredness.
Look, I'm okay! I've pulled all nighters before.
This isn't the first time I've gone without sleep.
I'll carry you to bed if I have to.
Do I need to baby you?
Huh? What? I'm awake, I swear!
You just ran into the wall. It's time to lie down.
Go. To. Bed. That's an order.
I made a nest for you. You can sleep in that, if you want.
Can I get an extra pillow / blanket?
Want me to tuck you in, too?
I'll check in on you in an hour. You'd better not have moved.
" Yo! Names Akane Owari. You remind me a bit of that... erm... He- Hector-guy ! Yeah ! "
Hajime is who she had in mind, but her obliviously prideful smile when she thought she had his name right made it too painful to correct her. Shuichi must've seemed like the emo, more-well-dressed version of Hajime to her.

"Hector guy...? Um, I can't say I'm quite familiar with that name, I'm sorry-"
"Well, regardless, it's nice to meet you, Akane. I'm Shuichi Saihara." He smiled at the other.
" Eh, not the Hector guy.... "
She mumbled, sounding bit dissapointed.
" Anyways, you're dressed funny, with the hat covering your face and lookin' mysterious 'n all. Are you one'a thoseee.... ermm.. detectives? Who solve crimes and examine bodies 'n junk? "
Her tone didn't seem too amused, and usually when that happens she'd leave by now. But the question was dying to be asked as she was a little interested as to why he just stuck out to her.
"Ah, yes, actually.. I'm the ultimate detective, in fact." He replied, taking note of Akane's change in tone.

From here
😇- Are they well behaved while regressed? How does their caregiver encourage this behavior?
Yes, Shuichi usually behaves rly well, very rare to act out unless something is really bothering him. I could see his carer providing praise and reassurance when he does well.
🥰- What type of relationship do they have with their caregivers outside of regressing? Is it romantic, platonic, familial?
Depends on who his carer is! Can either be close friends with or romantic partners.
🏡- Do they have an ideal room design to play in?
I could see Shuichi enjoying something like the photo below. A simple space with a variety of things to play with and corners to cuddle in 💙
