A lot of people can’t stand toddlers but tbh they’re my favorite age group of people. They’re not quite old enough to understand lying yet but are also starting to get original ideas so you get to witness unfiltered pure human problem solving right in front of you.

Yes sometimes that results in an entire box of Cheerios being spilled onto the floor but what’s innovation without some mistakes here and there?

A few days after Artemis II landed I was reading “Goodbye to Clocks Ticking” by Joseph Monninger. It’s a memoir about his first year diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and it takes place during Covid— these passages about the launch of the James Webb telescope remind me a lot of some of the interviews with the Artemis II crew
