Pause!

Hey friends! 

I'm putting this daily project on pause for the month of December--I've (thankfully!) got a number of freelance projects to finish for various clients before Christmas, so I need to get down to work on those in the time I'd normally spend working on my daily drawings for this blog! No worries though--I'll be back with plenty of new work at the start of the new year!

Circles | As Tall As Lions

As Tall As Lions isn't a band anymore, which is real sad, but check out their music regardless, because they're amazing! And the album art for their final album is maybe one of my favorite album covers ever. 

This lyric is a favorite, simply because it's something everyone has to choose to do at some point when transitioning from being a child to being an adult. We were all raised with certain ideas about the world and who we are, but what we choose to take hold of and own for ourselves is ultimately up to us.
