Getting back on track.
City Life
This is what the last few days of dry January have looked like for me….Today officially marks 30 days with no alcohol. Now to kick this flu. 😷 🤧
Day 27. And not even mad about despite what my coffee mug says. 🤷🏼♀️
One week left! Day 23!
T-minus 10 days! Countdown begins.
Dry January
Day 17, down 9lbs.
Snow day #4 tomorrow. I’ve been slacking on my posts but not my commitment. Day 16. I’m finding myself wanting more chocolate these days.
It’s been like Christmas break all over again. Days are running together, I missed posting day 12. Snowy days, TV binging. Dry January continues…. • • •
Day 11. Snow day and Netflix all day with my love.
Staying on track even when out to dinner with my boy last night. Sometimes going through the motions help. Day 10! Third of the way to my goal!!!
Day 9! My Cats pulled off a win last night, they had me nervous for a second. Best part is I didn’t even think “man I need a beer!”
Day 8! And I’m dancing a different type of jig then you see here! Feeling like this is way easier then I expected given my former drinking habits. Sleeping better and feeling better!
Dry January
Drought day 7. No alcohol continues and I am feeling very positive about making it to the end. It’s been a long time since I set a goal and achieved it. Motivation! I keep reminding myself how proud I will be in the end. I’m feeling better and it’s nice waking up refreshed! I refuse to fail and make excuses to why I gave in. It’s 30 days and I can do this!
Got outside today, day 6. Filled my lungs with some cool, crisp air.
Didn’t get post up for day 4. So far so good! Day 5, rocking my apple juice in my fave wine glass!
Drought day 3.
