Saini's first impression of Seth is of someone quiet, rather shy but who seems nice when the introductions are finally made. They are curious to get to know him better.
Harrison and Nicole seem friendly, but Saini has reservations towards Shiloh, who they find rather childish and they think he is forcing himself into being someone he's not, like he's a bit fake.
Saini thinks that Scott and Margo are hotheaded and borderline dangerous. They won't admit it out loud, but they are relieved to be with Cas when they cross paths with them. They haven't observed much about Val to have formed a clear opinion yet, but she seems very playful like Cas but also rational. With time, they might become friendly with each other.
Saini doesn't feel good about tampering with the report's results, but at this point, they know that this is crucial. They are annoyed and frustrated by their mom, who is pigheaded and rather immature, in their opinion. She has not learned her lesson from her last job, and because of that behaviour, she has walked herself and Saini into a deadly situation.
Saini is shocked to discover that the victim was a vampire. They realise that the situation is more dire than it seemed at first, since even someone as powerful as a vampire has been killed just like another human. They had mentioned to Cas in the woods that it might be someone outside of CB who could be responsible. Somehow, this death reinforces their theory.
Regarding the turning ritual, Saini is very curious about it, but doesn't necessarily want to experience it. They think that it must be very painful to get bitten by every CB vampire, but the idea that someone close to them would be the first one makes it look less overwhelming.
It's tough to say. Gabe has said he hasn't been a vampire for too long, but what is "not too long" for a vampire? 😆 We know that they both have at least turned someone and that every vampire participates in this turning ritual. We also know that Seth is a new vampire, since Cas is his mentor. So both Gabe and Cas have been at least involved in Seth's turning. Cas presents the ritual has great, as a rebirth, something he wanted, but he might have omitted that it was painful for him as well to maintain his tough reputation, so it would mean that Gabe turned him. If we consider the other way around and take Cas' words at face value, then he could have turned Gabe. But he also talks about becoming "a big, happy family" and keeps complaining about Gabe and the Clements. Maybe because Gabe struggles to accept his turning, Cas could feel offended that Gabe keeps regretting his humanity? Just food for thoughts because I really have no idea.
They are happy being a human who hangs out with vampires and learns more about them. They might consider it if they had an excellent reason but they haven't any so far, so they will keep on being a human.
Saini is not frustrated and scared anymore, but plainly angry at this point. They have spoken rashly to their mom, but it's partly understandable, since Terri is completely fixated on getting to the bottom of the murders, when it's not even her job in the first place. Saini also feels sad about this situation, and quite powerless right now.
