A lot of my posts scare me when I review them ... I can’t believe I’m in that much emotional pain I want to hurt myself

The emotional pain is always too great to bear or ignore. I have Been pondering about pressing my own off button for Years... Recently the Thoughts have started sounding really good. Idgaf about what’s going on anymore... nothing matters . And I no longer want to be here... I can’t kill my self at home because I fear leaving my family traumatized I can’t kill myself at work because it’s fucking work ya know ? Those beautiful people don’t deserve too see my ugly death... I just want to go some where quiet uninhibited and , untouched & Just do it...

No one will even realize I am gone they’d just think it’s the usual unanswering of the telephone...

It’s too late to learn to heal

And it took me too long to learn to love...

No one will miss me...

& No one will find me...

& No one will care...

That’s exactly how I want it 🤞🏾
