General notes on blog canon, alternate universes, and original characters
Blog canon consists of currently-known TDP canon (which has updated through the years as more TDP content came out, and may continue to update if we get books or seasons 8-10), plus aromantic spectrum Aaravos.
Sometimes there is content for specific alternate universes or additional characters that the muns have external knowledge of (i.e. we created/co-created or we know the creator and have spoken with them about this universe/character outside of this blog). Those are the cases when we actually know what the asker is talking about. When we don't know what the asker is talking about, neither does Aaravos (see: the asks where someone has an OC who's his child. In one case, I'd been developing this AU in dms with a friend and Aary was able to respond accordingly. In another case, this was the first I'd heard of this OC, so Aary figured that she must have been his biological daughter with a past lover. If you want Aaravos to have prior knowledge of your character, you must have spoken to a mun and ensured we have the necessary knowledge of your character.)
Headcanons and theories are fine, but they are not canon to either TDP or this blog. (This includes mun hcs/theories! These are likely to last for only an ask or a connected series of asks, and will not be considered as "contradictory".) If you act like they are, that is your prerogative, but Aaravos will not know what you are talking about.
