Big things are happening for us 😊 As of April 12, 2018, we are officially homeowners! And the timing couldn't have been more perfect. We literally just got the keys right before we head off to celebrate this huge milestone at Coachella! Woot! Thank you God this blessing. Everything happens for a reason: the timing of it all from predictions (the year before, Aaron predicted we'd be taking a huge step in our house hunt by April, specifically during the weekend I'm in Cancun for a bachelorette, then said he felt or wanted to have a house by Coachella so we can celebrate there) to putting our first offer ever on this house, to pulling back out to counter for another that went on the market, failed at getting it (got super bummed) then the pending buyer for this house (our house now) fell through literally the day or two after we found our offer wasn't chosen from the 2nd house so the house was back on the market which lead us to re-bid again, to actually getting chosen and winning, was just insane! I felt as if every single step was calculated all for one reason, this house was meant to be ours and no one else's. Luckily, it was an overall smooth process for us, the most stressful parts were waiting for the status of our offers. But other than that, it was a pretty decent experience, ah!
