Aaron & Ian || ??????
Ian sat a moment, silently, staring at Aaron even though the other’s eyes were down and did not meet his. He knew jokes were basically useless in this situation but he couldn’t help himself as it was the only way he knew to react. So, after pausing a second, he leaned forward to rest his elbows on his knees and laughed, winking over dramatically at the other boy before joking, “you wanna make out again?” He was completely joking, of course, but he still had to resist the urge to actually go over there and kiss him again. “Okay, okay, I’m sorry. I’m not making fun of you, I promise.”
After a moment, Ian sighed, suddenly wishing he had more to drink. He figured Aaron was expecting him to be mad about the situation; to be completely offended and push him away. Instead, Ian grinned and let out a short laugh, “I may be drunk now and hungover in the morning but I don’t think I want to just forget that happened.” He hesitated a moment before nodding and continuing, “yeah— kissing you wasn’t half bad. In fact, I actually liked it. You might have guessed that already but I figured I should say it because I’m afraid you feel too guilty.” His voice felt shaky even though he was trying to sound as calm as possible.
Aaron looked up from the floor and stared at Ian with dumbfounded eyes, his mouth slightly open at his comment. He cocked an eyebrow up and shook his head, "If you can even call that making out. You barely even gave me the chance to show you my skills," he joked, feeling some tension relieve his shoulders as he leaned back into the couch, a small giggle leaving his mouth. Guess he wasn't completely sober after all- joking wasn't really his thing. He looked down at the bottle of alcohol he had earlier, but was disappointed to find that he'd finished it all; he stared at the bottle, hoping that maybe somehow he could magically refill it. With a sigh, he rolled his eyes at himself, feeling pathetic, and turned back to the other with a hesitant look.
When Ian had grinned, Aaron was surprised, to say the least. He furrowed his eyebrows together, his mind processing what he had heard, his hands nervously fiddling with each other. "You...you liked it?" he repeated, pursing his lips to form a line."Well, I'm glad you at least enjoyed it," he shrugged. A few seconds passed, and Aaron really didn't meant to do it, really, but his eyes flickered down to Ian's lips, feeling the same sensation he had felt before kissing Ian earlier. He shook his head, building up self control, before he closed his eyes to ward off any temptation and awkwardly mumbled," I really didn't know what to expect but I kind of liked it too, I guess."
No, oh my god, shut up. I meant a song about falling in love at a coffee shop. You can be such a smart ass sometimes, wow. Good idea, you should just live the rest of your life as a cold hearted indie movie bitch.

Ian felt strangely out of breath and shaky after pulling away from Aaron’s lips. It was a foreign feeling to the boy and he wasn’t sure how to immediately react to it other than to run his hand through his dark hair and let out a sigh. There wasn’t a doubt in his mind that he enjoyed kissing Aaron— or that he wouldn’t mind doing it again, but, in that moment, all he did was stare the the other, considering what to do next. There was a brief moment with nothing but heavy silence between them where Ian stood with his arms folded across his chest, staring past Aaron and turning over the last few minutes in his head. When the other boy spoke, however, Ian’s eyes refocused back upon him, a slight pout appearing on his lips. The boy’s helpless tone filled him with the overwhelming urge to hug him; to embrace and comfort him as if he were a small child that had gotten pushed down by a bully. Instead, however, he stood still and glanced down at the floor briefly before joking in a quiet voice, “quit being so pathetic, you’re making me feel bad.”
Letting out another deep breath, Ian dropped back heavily on the couch, keeping his arms crossed. After a moment, he shook his head in response to Aaron’s words. “You don’t have to leave—” he paused, glancing up at the ceiling hesitantly, “I mean, I guess you can if you want, but I’d rather you stayed.” Ian let out a short laugh and rolled his eyes, making fun of himself inwardly. You’re being stupid, he told himself, glancing up at Aaron and thinking about how he longed to feel his lips against his own once more. Really stupid. He shrugged his shoulders slightly, chuckling softly in hopes of relieving some of the tension that filled the room.
Aaron inwardly cringed at Ian's comment, his face focusing on the floor beneath him, his feet awkwardly kicking at nothing but air. He knew Ian was trying to make a joke, but Aaron's mind was racing with a thousand thoughts and emotions, and humor was one that was hidden away. That and common sense apparently because who the hell kisses their best friend? Aaron, that's who. Tall awkward, very gay, Aaron. And Ian, handsome with soft lips, who doesn't scream and punch Aaron for his stupid actions. Aaron wonders why he hadn't kicked him out. His heart jumped at the thought that maybe, just maybe, the other had enjoyed the kiss just as aaron had.
He suddenly felt very sober, just as if all the alcohol in his blood had been soaked away with that one kiss. Biting at his lip, he nodded his head and sat down on the couch, obviously far away from Ian, and ran one hand through his hair, trying to keep his hands from reaching out to the boy again and full on kissing his lips again. Aaron knew he had the option to leave, but he'd rather punch a puppy than to leave this the way it was. He sighed and turned to Ian saying,"I really am sorry for that. I told you nothing good could come out of me being drunk." He let out a nervous laugh, his eyes momentarily looking down at the floor before landing on Ian's eyes. "Can we just forget that happened and stuff?" he hoped with a shrug of his shoulder.

I mean, what do those kids even do with their phones? I feel like all they do is take selfies, do horrible edits of those seflies, and post them. Also, they play that Kim Kardashian app game. I bet that's all they do.

Ian turned his head to face Aaron and raised his eyebrows inquisitively, “yeah?” He wasn’t sure what was going through the other boy’s mind or why there was a sudden change in his attitude. Out of no where he seemed so serious and Ian thought he even detected a hint of insecurity or nervousness behind his eyes. Figuring it was nothing, he let out a short, soft laugh and shook his head while still keeping his eyes locked on the other, curious what he was going to say next. It surprised him when Aaron didn’t, in fact, say anything at all and only closed his eyes. He looked as if he was about to be sick and Ian quickly second guessed his decision to give him almost half a bottle of alcohol. “You alright?” he questioned, narrowing his eyes at the boy. “You better not throw up on me,” he threatened, worried that scenario might actually happen. It was a relief to him when Aaron’s eyes reopened and Ian kept his glare locked on them.
The next few moments, to Ian, seemed to all happen in a blur. In all of one second, he went from staring at Aaron, to having his lips pressed against his own. His first instinct was to pull back; to lean away and question what he was thinking. And maybe in any other situation, he would have, but instead, under the heavy influence of alcohol and laughter, he melted against the kiss, closing his eyes and allowing himself a moment to enjoy it.
He parted his lips only for a brief second before finally realizing exactly what he was doing and pulling away, his eyes wide with surprise. “What the fuck was that, Aaron?” Ian asked, shoving the boy’s shoulder and sitting up on the floor. His voice came out angrier than he had intended and he immediately felt guilty. He knew he shouldn’t he so harsh, considering he actually enjoyed it, but Aaron was practically his best friend and that kiss had come out of no where. “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to be mean. It’s just— I wasn’t expecting that.”
Aaron melted into the kiss, tilting his head to the side to get better access to the boy's lips. His mind was racing and his stomach felt funny; he tried blaming he alcohol for this feeling though he knew it was from the kiss. He liked it. He liked kissing another boy. Ian's lips felts soft against his lips, which were burning with the desire of more. Just as if Ian had heard his secret thoughts at that moment, the other boy parted his lips, making Aaron's poor heart leap onto his throat as he did the same.
Only when Ian pulled away from him did Aaron realize the severity of his actions. With a gasp and eyes wide open, he brought his hands up to his mouth before standing up with Ian. The tone of the other's voice made Aaron want to curl up on the floor; it made him feel so small and guilty. He bit his lip, his eyes staring at Ian for an answer."I'm sorry," he said, voice sounding small and soft. He brought his eyes down to the floor, not wanting to look at Ian's intense stare, and said,"I don't know why I did it. I'm really sorry." With a small shrug of his shoulder, he brought his gaze back to his face, and let out a short, dry laugh. "I was just really curious and I'm a little drunk and I should probably leave, shouldn't I?"
