Much more soft laughs echo out of the youths mouth. Before long, sky gaze matched with that of Yangs. Without much more thought, Sylph rests her chin on the palm of her hand before she spoke. “So, you’re a student here? Tell me, are you one of the stronger students?”

     At the question, Yang narrows her eyes, the smirk on her face widening just a bit. “Why do you wanna know?”

Perhaps it was due to Yang’s overtly dramatic style, but she found herself relaxing. slender pale fingers reach over before booping the other. “Yeah, it’s not a art known to many.”

     Yang smirks at the gesture, then more at the words. “Maybe I should open a school in my later years. Settle down and teach kids the ways of getting a good punchline every time.”

     “It did,” she replied, smiling in a manner that very much contrasted his own, given it was much brighter. “I just couldn’t think of anything fun to  respond with.” After somewhat shamefully admitting this, a skeptical look overcomes her. “Maybe I’m sick.”

“Yeah I know.” Alex sighed as well. Before he could manage to actually explain himself though, she went ahead and gave him what he’d requested anyway. It wasn’t much but it was still something at least, and it left him smiling.

“I’m going to assume that meant nothing to you right?” He asked, despite it being a rather grim statement, he was still smiling pretty jovially. “I mean, since you’re into girls too and all.”

     As she straightened, she shook her head, giving a somewhat sympathetic look as she drew her good arm forward to pat his shoulder. A shoulder shrugging a bit, Yang answered “As much as a platonic cheek kiss can.”

      Yang straightened then, a fist clenching. “Pirates, huh?” She questioned, head tilting just a bit. “What kind of pirate?”

“Oh, so you’re not the type to pursue others? Does that mean other guys are interested in you then?” Alex asked, though at the implications he turned a soft shade of red and had to backpedal a bit. “I m-mean, guys typically like the strong and hard to get types, and what’s harder to get than a gay chick that’s not even interested in dating right?”

     Yang laughed at that, nodding in a way that said he wasn’t wrong about the fact that she was somewhat ‘sought after’. “You’re not the first to try,” she admitted with a small shrug. “You’re the least persistent though, it’s kinda nice, especially since you kinda seem to have taken no for an answer.”

At her insistence, he raised both brows in an unfortunate admittance of nervousness and shock. 

Sure it was typical for people to demand him to come down for a scolding, but to demand to see his already explained shitty picture? And to not take in the fact that he did just attempt that excuse? That was certainly odd. 

Even with the peculiarity of the situation though, what could he do? Just stay up in hiding like a fucking pussy? That’s real attractive. Then again, those photos would still be making him out to be much worse than he actually is since explaining them more thank likely isn’t going to work. 

“But I already said it fucking sucked so I’m just going to delete it anyway.” He tried again.

     “Well then you can show me your other ones too,” she drops her hand and shrugs a shoulder. The fact that he was so heavily insistent on not coming to show the pictures was even more odd than he thought her refusal to take no for an answer was. With that, Yang could only guess he was some sort of creep, and therefore was even less likely to listen when he said ‘no’. 

      But she continued to play it off  as curiosity for the moment, because honestly there still was a bit mixed in there. “You got my interest.”

Naturally, the female leans a bit back as yang had gotten a bit too close. A sky blue gaze rose up from the book, a goofy grin found on her lips. “Oh really? It’s hard to find punple fond of worderful puns.”

     Yang draws back when attention is drawn to her, and straightens as she takes a seat on the table in front of the stranger. 

     A exaggerated sigh leaves her, almost as if something has disappointed her, and she says “some times people just don’t have good taste. A shame.”
