hey uh i know i just started getting active again, but work just called and i guess i’m not laid off anymore. i start again tomorrow. like i’m glad and whtever but at the same time it’s hard work so ghkjds i’ll probably be writing even less starting now. i still have discord tho and i’m sure i’ll be shitposting whatever dumb idiot garbage pops into my rapidly disintegrating brain so :)

hi guys, gals and nonbinary pals! my phone was stolen! life is a nightmare!
anyway, i’ve got an old phone i can use in the interim, but it’s got a host of problems and isn’t great for various reasons. also, the longer i go unable to get a new version of the phone that got stolen, the higher the likelihood that my mother finds out and therefore kicks my ass. so i’m asking for commissions / donations so as to replace this baby sooner rather than later. you can see some of my art on my art blog, as well as scattered around various tags on various other blogs. my style is very varied, and i’m willing to offer discounts!!
this isn’t as the same priority as someone starving, of course, and don’t feel pressured to help if you can’t! my primary purpose is a.) get a phone i can use for sex work, which makes a large amount of my income and b.) avoid my mom’s emotional abuse if it comes to light that it was stolen ( luckily i’m enough states away that physical abuse is impossible, though she can and has called my place of work / associates / etc. to ruin my life in lieu of being able 2 actually beat me ). i understand if you can’t afford a commission or donation at this time, or just don’t want to — please don’t feel bad! if you can, reblogs would be appreciated but once again — don’t feel required.

Kaaras watched the other qunari, a little intimidated purely because he was so damn pretty. It felt unfair that he was standing before someone who was just so… unfairly gorgeous when he was… quite the opposite. Every part of his upbringing had told him that every qunari (himself mostly) should be seen as a hideous monster, but that was lies. Oh, it wasn’t like the Herald hadn’t seen qunari before–he’d worked alongside them after all–but it seemed almost sinful that he found such beauty in them.
The mage made a soft breath, finding it strange to think he was so indisposable. Years of living with humans had Kaaras thinking he was worthless. And more years were spent trying to recover from that damage. And now he was some kind of saviour? Maker’s breath… this was never going to settle with him, was it? He had to push all of that aside, however, because there was a job to do. Be damned what his own insecurities cried out.
“Don’t worry, once that breach is sealed, everything will go back to normal, I’m sure. The Chantry will stop calling me a heretic, the people will stop thinking I’m a saviour, and the Qun will go back to trying to invade Tevinter. Normal, right?” Kaaras wasn’t even sure if that was a joke or not…
