When you were pregnant, what was the best & worst part about giving birth?
Aw I love this! The best part was knowing we were about to hold our babies so soon. The worst part was being exhausted and having to keep pushing, one of my babies was a 23 hour labor.

The thought she just wouldn't even know she was pregnant, someone having to explain to her what's happening, that she's about to be a mommy even if she doesn't want to be... Something so sexy about someone who is innocent, oblivious about their body, suddenly being confronted with the reality of their body so suddenly.

Oh I love this! I’d love a big baby, leading to a long hard labor. A tough crowning and then a struggle to birth the shoulders. All with a ton of encouragement and support from my birth partner.

Deanna please stop pushing so we can get you out of the pool. The chlorine will not be good for baby, we need to get you out before you start crowning. I know it hurts but you need to stop pushing so we can get you out. Plus we have a pool party starting in a few minutes, I really don’t think they want to see or hear you laboring.
How much longer til the turkeys done? An hour? I should be able to finish birthing by then. I did not expect to be in labor on thanksgiving but here we are, hopefully labor progresses quickly and I can deliver before dinner, but if not you go enjoy your meal with your family and I can finish up on my own. No use in spoiling everyone’s thanksgiving because I’m stuck laboring.
