Here are some of my mod recs for @starkhvn & anyone else interested.

No More Fog of War - Makes the entire map visible. There is also an optional file that unlocks all map pins.

New Pained Portraits - Changes the portrait on the left side of your screen. There are multiple options, including one that changes your party members’ portraits or just yours ( the Inquisitor ).

Haven Crafting Supply - Adds all crafting materials & herbs in Haven.

No Tattoo Options for Elves - Perfect for your non-Dalish Inquisitor / Warden / OC.

Seasonal Palettes - Changes the colors of your crafting materials ( leather, cloth ). It is entirely configurable & a lot of customization.

Invisible Formal Attire - If you just want your character to look like they’re wearing their PJs to the Winter Palace ( good if you couldn’t find a decent formal wear mod for your Inquisitor ).

Schematic Spree - Places high-level schematics in the Val Royeaux shops.

Robes of the Inquisitor - A PJ mod that is the Grey Warden mage armor. Perfect for Warden OCs or your Warden-Commander.

Invisible Starting Armor - If you want to play through the prologue seeing your character’s PJs.

MoreLoot Remade - This mod basically increases the amount of loot you can get from enemies & containers. Entirely configurable, so you can change the probability ( amount ) of a certain item you can get.

      rodric was given the position of senior enchanter at 29 years  ,  our youngest  !  if only his family were present  ,  but when i proposed this idea he quickly rejected it  .  oh well  .

      also since house cousland’s seat ( highever ) is located on the coast , & across from kirkwall a certain distance , they are undoubtedly hardened by countless raids . each child of house cousland learns how to properly command a boat , fight on the sea , navigate by water , etc . them being second in power to the monarch of ferelden also makes highever a rather popular ( busy ) port , & they boast the largest fish / sea market in the kingdom .

      obsessive maintenance of hair isn’t something rodric is into , but he absolutely refuses to let it grow past his ear lobes . the act of cutting off one’s hair is symbolic in many cultures & also a sign of change , as if someone is giving up the old & unraveling the new . rodric cut off his hair on the same day of his joining , it going from waist-length to a shaved undercut . he knew a warden’s life is something one cannot walk freely from , even though you can retire from the active sphere . a drawing of him pre-haircut is kept on his person at all times , to constantly remind himself of the transformation he endured & also that he cannot go back to how things are : the present is where he is now .

      the blight coursing through rodric’s blood undoubtedly gave physical scarring  ,  mainly discoloration of his veins  .  an enormous  &  intricate design on more than half of his chest in a deep  ,  unnerving black  ;  thighs  ;  curve where shoulder meets neck  ,  stopping right under his right ear  ;  underside of wrists  .  it is no wonder why he prefers high  -  collar clothing  &  garments that cover every inch of his body  (  sans head  ).

Inquisitor: The comrades that help you defeat the Blight were quite a diverse group - a Circle mage & an apostate; a Qunari and a lay sister; a future king. There were even rumours of a golem. How did you manage to unite such a group against the darkspawn?

It was late evening  ,  &  the majority of Skyhold’s residents were preparing to sleep  .  The cold gale carried a bone - deep chill  ,  oozing into the walls  &  brown soil below  .  On the battlements  ,  Rodric was quiet  .  Somber thoughts originate from melancholy  ,  &  that was a byproduct of a running mind  .  Stories  ,  words  ,  &  possibilities paced from one side to the other  :  some ran in every direction  .  Hope settled comfortably inside  ,  whispering  ─  it never found tranquility favorable  .  Arms rested on the wall  ,  he leaned forward  ,  amber - orange peering out into the chasm below  .  The sound of steel brought back memories of Vigil’s Keep  &  travels on Ferelden’s roads  ,  but also battles forever imbued into his scars  .

      Body long  /  lean  ,  but shoulders sagged  (  they’ve been doing that more frequently over the years  ).  Every line on his body was a crease  ,  eyes shadowed  &  a stiffness in the joints of his fingers from hours of writing  .  After a couple minutes  ,  he turned around  &  had a plan to check up on his patients  ,  but the visage of a man once believed missing made him stop mid - step  ,  eyebrows risen  &  bewilderment clear on his own countenance  .

“ Did the Inquisitor send you up here ? “  He did not know how to react  :  after all  ,  it was Anders  ,  yet another ghost dredged up from his past  ,  but a welcomed one nonetheless  .

speaking of romance and stuff  ,  rodric had (  &  still has  )  an enormous crush on alistair  ,  but he’s too much of a weenie to confess it  .
