Brand new rosin always looks so gorgeous
I ended up putting this picture on my snapchat with that caption and it was so funny having some of my non-string instrument friends asking “ooooh so pretty??? what is this???? what is rosin for?????”
Been quite busy lately with violin. It's my passion and it's keeping me occupied.
I have on my schedule:
Solo and ensemble (2 solos and a string duet)
The Florida Philharmonia rehearsals every Tuesday
Florida Southern College symphony three days a week (which is an amazing acheivement for me because I'm still in high school!)
School MPA
Opera rehearsals at FSC three times a week (after the regular rehearsal)
Symposium on the 31st and a showcase later in February
Night at the Symphony performance
Private lessons (on weekends I teach beginners)
Work on Sunday in which I have a duet with my friend
Thursdays I rehearse string duet
So as you can see I'm quite the busy girl 😂 I'll be on and off for a while

Update: I got checked out early on Friday so I didn't get to give Eric his jacket back. Buttttt,, I left mine in the band room on accident so he took it home with him and now he's wearing mine lol
I stole my friend Eric's jacket and I've had it for 2 days. I wonder how long I will have it before he realizes he never got it back hehe.
