Interesting child abuse poster
A poster made by The Spanish organization ANAR Foundation (Aid to Children and Adolescents at Risk). They started a new street poster campaign that uses the process of lenticular printing to secretly send a message to abused children without alerting their abusers, even if theyâre walking together.Â
Anyone over 4â5â sees this view, with a caption: âSometimes, child abuse is only visible to the child suffering it.â
Anyone shorter sees the beaten child version of the poster with another caption saying: âIf somebody hurts you, phone us and weâll help you.âÂ
I love this. This is brilliant.
Okay but why does it have to be a boy? Boys donât get abused as often as girls.

Shut the fuck up workersunited101.
donât you even dare fucking start.
Donât even start. This is a good advert and you donât need to get all crazy by âOh well, this needs to be a girl because girls get abused more.â yeah well, guys get abused too. Leave it be. Do not make a good idea into something that needs to be changed because itâs not exactly what you want to see. Stop. Just stop.
Gender matters not nor do numbers in a research study. Abuse is abuse. I am just curious the actual statistics to back up such a claim. Â
I worked with kids who had behavior issues and many were abused. 50/50 boys to girls. Â
I have to call sexism out when I see it. Â Ignorance.
