3. Literary Tourism

Ugh, I really want to work on making these better, but right now I’m coming across some challenges:

1) The time limit. My doc for this was a little over a thousand words and I could have easily doubled that. I want the ratio of broader thoughts/concepts to details about what I actually did to be big, but it’s hard to be concise about big concepts. Well. Hopefully I will learn. 

2) The actual videos. I get lazy halfway through editing and I just want to be done so I feel like it gets sloppy. Also, I felt like I had taken enough video while I was in Bath, but I found myself struggling. So much of it is also shaky or bad.

2. Long-Distance Dean’s Date

Not actually about being abroad. A video in which I pretend I was on campus for Dean's Date. I don't know if I actually have a point, but I have many thoughts. I might just keep talking about nationalism in the next video, since I have the clips from the British Museum now. It’s just been something I’ve been thinking about a lot.

1. The Tom Sawyer Moment

And the first vlog is up! I’m super excited to do this, and making this first video was fun. It’s pretty sloppy, but it’s about 96% of the video clips I have from whenever I remembered I had to film today, so if anything, it’s pretty real.
