So, don't get me wrong I love the #absgetsabs thing, but it makes it feel a little selfish. This isn't about just me. I want this to just be a call to anyone struggling with this. Life is too short to be weighed down by unhappiness. I just want to live a healthier life and feel good for the first time in a long time. So, don't make this all about me. I want others to stand up and join me if they're unhappy. If you are perfectly happy with the way you are, AMAZING. I'm so proud of you! If not, maybe this can show you that everyone has their baggage, and you are not alone in this fight. I'm here to be your biggest cheerleader, and your friend in this. I don't think I'm overweight by any means, but I am unhappy with not only the way I look, but the way I feel. I want to feel good again! So, let's make it... #GETSTRONG. It's about all of us.
