I remember sitting in the showrooms, watching him onstage, and feeling enormous pride in him. It was really something fantastic to see the way people responded to him, the standing ovations he got and the autograph seekers crowding around him. I remember beaming as I read his reviews. - Dodd Darin
Bobby had a great sense of humor and put-on. I remember being at a screening at his house once. He went into the bathroom for a long time, and we kept waiting for him to come out. We finally went in, and there was nobody in there. He had crawled through this very small window, climbed along the ledge, came in through the kitchen, and was watching everybody look for him in the bathroom. It was hilarious. - Richard Bakalyan
Itās important to understand that Bobby had a phenomenal memoryā¦.. How could you not love this man? Thousands and thousands of people, and he remembers you. You were somebody special. He had that effect on total strangers, and when he listened to what you had to say, he listened with both ears, which is a nice quality. -Vee Walden

As much as I love, respect and idolize my dad, the truth is that because I had my mom so much longer in my life many of the decent character traits and wisdom I have I must thank my mom for. -Dodd Darin
I was in love with her. I mean, who wouldnāt be. She was an absolutely adorable, beautiful person inside and out. And yes, I had a mad crush on her, I did. -James Darren

I feel like Iām 15 years old, and thatās probably where Iām still stuck. Maybe thatās the secret, that Iām stuck at being 15, my soul, my energy. -Mary Wilson
[Mary] had a beautiful harmonyĀ voice with a great deal of warmth to it. She fit so well with Florence andĀ me; she carried the exact sound just between the two of us that blendedĀ all our voices together, the sound that made up the perfect harmony soĀ that we were like one voice. -Diana Ross
[Mary] showed me how to be a professional singer with a baby. She was an excellent mother. She had that baby on her hip and she could still do The Supremes swirl. -Susaye Green
Happy Birthday, Mary Wilson | March 6, 1944 - February 8, 2021

āMexico is my mother; the United States the best friend I will ever have. And so I dream of the day when my mother will say, āRicardo, you have chosen a wonderful friend.ā And the day when the friend will say, 'Ricardo, you have a sensational mother.ā That is why it is very important to bring us together. Brothers and sisters, love thy neighbor as thyself.ā -Ricardo MontalbĆ”n
Rest in Peace Ricardo MontalbƔn (November 25, 1920 - January 14, 2009)
