This is part 1 of some additional lore for Admin since I haven't had a lot of time to finish the scrap yard concept as well as some additional concepts on the bar. But, I hope you guys enjoy what I have either way!

Before his decommission, Admin's suit would correlate with the cog HQs he works for mainly. So there were other toon cogs of his status that worked in the other cog HQs. These particular toon cogs were deemed "Overseers".

It's unknown why Admin's body and suit was ripped up in that particular fashion when he was found in the scrap yard. He is unwilling and bitter about sharing any information from his time working with the cogs. It's assumed a cog or something else caused the damage.

When he isn't being rude and miserable, he actually enjoys making drinks which is where the bartender outfit comes in. He obtained his mixology skills when he was a caterer for the C.E.O.'s banquets.

Admin had the ability to control toon cogs being able to input information to make them do particular tasks as requested. He could command toon cogs to return to the HQs if they violated company policy or even forcefully self-destruct any toon cog if they failed their mission.

A rough concept of the bar that Admin would work at in toontown. He would help toons by serving drinks that boosted particular gags for a specific amount of time. The drink's appearance would depend on the rank of the gag. There's also a radio that will play music including toontown playground themes.

So, that's about it. Hopefully I will be able to get part 2 out sometime soon but for now I think I'll make art and doodles of other things since I've been busy with school. Thanks for reading!

One of my old toontown ocs from 2017.

His name is Admin. He was originally tasked to maintain and watch over the development of toon-like cogs being the first of his kind. The idea was that these particular cogs were meant to spy on the toons in order to gather intel. Overtime, the idea was scrapped by the cogs. Admin was eventually decommissioned and left in disrepair at the scrap yard. A few toons found him and decided to reactivate him. After his reactivation, he was taken in by the toons and now broods within toontown central. He can come off a bit rude seeing as he was coded to hate toons but slowly warms up to the others. Besides the discovery of Admin, it is unknown as to what happened to the few other toon cogs that remained. They were either taken apart or are still out there possibly deactivated and in disrepair just like Admin.
