How many people know about the character concept drafts made for Ghetsis during the development of BW2

There's quite a few noteworthy things here

The left (earlier) one makes mention that Ghetsis got injured escaping the castle after BW, which is made more interesting by a draft saying the Plasma Castle was blown up after she activated a self-destruct mechanism. If feels very in-character for her to have a sort of plan B in case of capture, especially since she does something similar in Pokéspe. Unable to know for sure, but these two early ideas are possibly connected.

And of course, the mention of the Godstone is interesting, but not something we didn't already know. It's been speculated for years that the unused Godstone object was meant for Kyurem before they knew exactly what they wanted to do with the third legendary. But something to note is in the right (later) draft, the Godstone is replaced with "Genshi no kusabi," or, "Atomic Wedge," seemingly an early name for the DNA Splicers.

I love the point on the left draft saying she's immersed in research, which is apparently common.

But my favorite thing found here, is the right draft confirming some sort of disability which is partly why she uses a cane in the second game, and that it apparently worsened.

Well, I say "confirm," but not everything found in the teraleak is canon. I'd definitely consider this a pretty definitive form of confirmation since you could infer some kind of disability in the games and this draft just makes it clear that it was intentional.
