People seem to not understand how the whole RCA/RICO/futurehistory thing works, so I’m gonna try to explain it bc I don’t like seeing people point fingers where they don’t belong. Forgive me if I’m wrong about any of this stuff, I’m explaining what I know as of now.

RCA is responsible for the music licensing. They are the ones responsible for the blocking of most EIA reaction/analysis YouTube videos. Yes, it was obviously flawed and never should have happened.

RICO was hired by the band’s management, Future History management to protect the likeness of the band and to protect the fans from being scammed by bootleg merchandise and fake websites that have claimed to have ST merch and then would disappear and steal fans money. RICO used AI to detect stuff and obviously it went overboard and took down fan art and fans entire accounts. Future History management are no longer working with RICO after all of this stuff has happened and they’re trying to get everything back for the fans. You can read about this on darksignsdesigns IG page AND there is a livestream on twitch that has been saved under “lets_talkaboutsleep” that talks about this whole ordeal. It starts around an hour into the stream maybe a little earlier.

Let’s chill out with the pointing fingers solely at RCA or the band members. It has been/is being resolved.

One whole year since Even in Arcadia has been released. It genuinely feels like yesterday when all of the first teasers were dropping and I was literally IN CLASS when it all happened, so I got the shock of a lifetime when I got out of class and saw everything. Nearly screamed in the lobby of a school building loll. What an absolute masterpiece of an album, and the instrumentals are absolutely perfect.

I know things have been tough for the fans, especially the artists and content creators lately, but we will persevere because we LOVE this band and the community that it has given us.

At my show (Barclays) I was WAITING (and kinda hoping LMAO) for him to mess that line up and HE DID and I got so excited and my best friend who doesn’t really care about ST didn’t understand what I was so happy about and I was like “ARMS SWINGING EARS SWINGING!!!! YESSSSSS!!”
