The thing i adore about film photography is how tangible everything is: the fact I can hold my prints in my hands, I can futz with the film before it gets printed, the way the my viewfinder clacks black the second I take the shot to signify the transitory nature of the moment I just stole. It's one of the vices that really holds me back from enjoying most of the new advancements in camera tech: with better sensors I lose my mirror, and I'm a sucker for a physical dial.
