no no you’re suppawsed to feel it in your thighs but it will work your butt

exercise is weird and it strains ofur places but really works the intended area 

like once fur training i did 209 sit ups and lemon squeezers and my hips were killing me and i couldn’t walk fur three days but my thighs got so toned you won’t even believe

Oh, that’s it? I thought, that was the bell sprout tower. I was, about to turn around, and try a different region, heh.

Tavros appeared a few moments later, hanging from the feet of a very distressed looking rufflet. Ruffioh was the only one strong enough to fly Tavros around, but even then he was only a foot tall bird and wore out fast. The rest of Tavros's flock hung close by doing their best to help, grabbing Tavros's arms and legs to try and share the load. The result was a very disjointed, uneven flight and perpetual risk of a falling. Not that a fall could really do much more damage to Tav than it already had...

Tavros grinned when he spotted Eridan by the tower and signaled his pokemon to set him down, which they did as carefully as they could, considering. He landed on the road on his backside with a thump.

"That was, way better, than usual guys!" He praised, petting each of his weary and worried looking birds, "Some day, soon, you'll be strong enough, for one of you to carry me, all on your own!"

He reached for his bag, pulling out a folded metal contraption. He unfolded it carefully, stretching a canvas seat across it before climbing in. The wheelchair set up, his pokemon perching on the back and arms, swablu nestled in his lap, he rolled it towards Eridan with a smile, waving.

"Hi, Eridan!" He called, "I, made it! What, do you need?"
