The Healthier Cupcake.....

In my latest flavour creation, Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate flavoured cake, I added an extra egg and a bit of butter instead of vegetable oil. Healthier and just as moist! I even substituted the cocoa powder for swiss miss hot chocolate powder to give it that flavor that reminds us of our childhood! Delicious!! no pics sorry.... because they are all gone!
