With the discourse going back to SJM and the Elain/Azriel vs. Elain/Lucian debate coming back to life, i will bring my two cents to the table that noone asked for.

I simply do not believe Elain will end up with Az after everything that happened at the end of ACOSF. Nesta only changed herself and Feyre, and while i do believe Az might never want children, i dont think Elain would live that life.. So if they did end up together, how would that work? Is Nesta just going to do it again? The price should be too great.. If there were another way, i 100% believe Rhys would have found it. They could adobt sure, but again i dont think Az wants to be a dad, I think he is very happy being an uncle, and he will be ultra amazing in that role, able to do his serious job away for weeks/months at a time, and then taking up uncle training duties when he is home.
Ergo, Elain imo, will have to end up with Lucien (or someone else entirely) and honestly I like thats a much better outcome for both of them. Especially if she is to take the role as consort/High Lady of the Day Court(if Lucien takes over), and might i add, I think the Day court is perfect for her!
And also... All the sisters the all the "brothers"? It's too weird and honestly boring..
-As a sidenote, I think Gwyn is a much better fit for Az, and I also dont see her wanting children. She is just trying to survive in the world herself and, while being strong in her own awkward way, she is selfaware enough that her anxiety of the world shouldnt be past on to a child. I would love a story of Az helping Gywn be less afraid of the world, him falling inlove with her as she falls inlove with the world and maybe seeing the world more through her view?
