I'm Ashlyn Reynolds. I grew up and currently live in Bedford, IN. I am studying photography at IU Bloomington. I hope to become a high school art teacher or a museum curator some day. I am not sure yet. I kind of want to do everything.

Hey, if you live in the Indy area you should come out to the Old National Center (The Murat) on November 11th! Me and other awesome artists will be showcased in the Egyptian Room. There will be art across all mediums there...from music to painting to fashion and so much more!

It's cheaper to buy a ticket through one of the artists a head of time online. It also helps them out a lot! If you can't go it is totally cool but if you could buy a ticket anyway that would be so appreciated! You're not just helping one artist, you're helping a bunch get their work out there!

Hope or Herron

I'm currently a student at Herron School of Art and Design. I'm studying Art Education and Photography. I'm thinking about transferring to IU's Hope School of Art in Bloomington.

I'm currently a sophomore and I am finishing up my foundation courses. If I were to transfer, I think after this semester would be the time.

I love Herron and I love IUPUI, but I'm not a city kid. It's not that I hate Indy, I just don't want to live here. I'm from Bedford which is thirty minuets south of Bloomington so I am already familiar with the area. I would be saving a lot of money by commuting as well. I am also very homesick.

I'm just not sure what I should do. Should I push myself to stay out of the nest? I'm not even sure how well my credits will transfer from Herron to Hope....

Does anyone have any advice?
