IS T■■RE A KI■■ LIKE HIM ANY■HE■■ ELS■?
W■O LIK■ GILGAMESH CAN B■A■T,
"I AM THE ■■N■!"
Outrage would have dug her nails under the ki■g’s skin as Gilgamesh stared at these foreign hands, flexing the lithe fingers. The body was hardy like a young bull. The fine, chiseled features resembled his own, down to the god eyes that were glistening rubies. Babylonia’s ■ing needn’t over a century’s worth of memories to know this supple bode was not the one he honed into the finest instrument. Yet Gilgamesh only said, ”this armour is fits. It’s mine, after all.”
Half the city went mad with laughter, the other with tears. Some even though themselves gods in his gard■n. Ah… Was that about a g■■d■n? G■■■■■? Where’s the game? Shaking his head, he leaped to the edge of the tallest building he could find, eyes searching for prey. A herd of humans and strays, wildly howling and crying, burst forth from the darkness.
"Ah… that’ll do! Let the hunt begin!"
The vault opened and out of sixty-four portals came the sixty-four metal poles. He needn’t care how they looked for such dirty things would shoot as true as any splendid arrow. The metals fired all at once, a thunderous explosion echoed like a god’s shrill. Winds swept back through his robes, the golden spangles jingle forlorn. Gilgamesh averted not his eyes, watching every beast crash into the cold concrete, pinned down. Satisfaction roiled in the pits of his stomach, sick with happiness.
"——Oho! Did I missed one?” The hunter-k■■g gazed down with ambivalence. A lone silhouette wandered into the ring of carcasses, perhaps a worthy prey.
Gilgamesh flew down to greet them, circling like a lion. It felt like home again, the smell of the primordial forest. From the G■te of B■■yl■n, he drew a magnificent bow of a jagged cut and gilded gold. Surely, this is his truest Phantasm, E■. E■? As a thin arrow of light loaded, he raised his elbow, lowered his fingers, and anchored in wait. The string just touched his lips.
"Sweet little kitty," Gilgamesh laughed, boyish, “Filthy miscreant, I shall send you to a house of dust for gazing upon me? What to do with you?”
Disconnect, there was something to be said about feeling like a spectre among the crowds of panic stricken residence. She felt fear, the tears that occasional trickled down her fair cheeks, but at the same time, it felt as though she was in a dream. Teetering on the edge of sleep and waking, she felt as though she was phasing in and out of both worlds.
It had to be a dream. Even as she moved with the crowd, the haunting image of her hand becoming distorted before her eyes, like a corrupted image on a computer screen. It didn't matter if she faded, she would simply awaken in her bed, away from the hellish nightmare she found herself in.
Even now, she was simply going through the motions, following the path of those around her as they fled from the madness that was encasing them simply because it seemed natural. Normally she would rush to aid anyone in distress, but in those moments, she felt no compassion.
That was until a shower of metal fell from the skies, narrowly missing the blonde. Frozen as a deer in the headlights, she looked around her. What was happening? How had the world come to be such a mess? The sight of innocent people dying around her, dragged her from the numb state she had been drowning in. She had to act, she couldn't allow whatever was happening to affect her.
"You did this?"
The blonde had sensed him before he had even spoken, the odd rush that pulsed through her veins, something she hadn't felt since her arrival. Her abilities, they were no longer capped. For now. Despite the danger, the small acrobat showed no fear of him, the wind grazing against the delicate fabric of her cloak and clothing.

This feeling…what was it….?
Never had she felt such a thing. A drifting sensation, as though she wasn’t completely there. As though she were in a dream. Numb to the wind as it blew around her. Numb even to the sensation of clenching her hand into a ball.
"This isn’t right…"
She mused to herself. It had all begun when things started changing. The violent red sky, the buildings seeming to flash like a computer screen with a virus or when damaged.
Was that it? Had something happened beyond the confines of the city? What would happen to them? To her? Would she completely vanish? It felt that way. Tsukumo had tried to distract herself from the feeling, but it was ever present.
Slipping….She was slipping away…….

✄ —He too had negative thoughts coming to mind, but disregarded them. Gareki wasn’t one to express emotions so much, but changing the direction of the conversation would be the best thing to do right now to avoid going any further.
"Ah, have you explored around the city since you’ve been here?"
It wasn’t much of a conversation starter, but at least it did change the topic. He’d wondered if she had or not; For he’s been here quite sometime before she had shown up. In fact, if she hadn’t been around the city, the brunet would gladly show her some of the city. It would give him something to do instead of walking around aimlessly all the time.
His question snapped her from the thoughts that had quickly tried to consume her mind. Turning her attention back to him, she gave brief thought.
"No...Only the sector I'm housed in and the shopping district."
It was partly because she was housed in sector two and the shops seemed like a good place to get some information as to where she was. It was where she had met Iva and felt oddly safer than exploring anywhere else where she may get lost. Strange, such things had never bothered her before when she had a target or objective in mind.

♛* Plant Control. [event/open]
For being a quiet area, at least once the scientists did their repairs, there was plenty of shrieking going on. He paused, head raised to watch a few koi fish sway through the air; maneuvering under a street sign, around a phone booth, as though swimming through sleek water. Then he ambled down the street; he came to expect the spontaneous happenings brought on by their experiments. Every structure seemed to flash in and out of focus, taking on a jumble of numbers and symbols he didn’t recognize; on the fritz like a device with bad reception. Everything seemed to be tied to their technology in this world, he had to wonder if that meant it was all going to come crashing down again.
"When do they ever not fuck-up?"
He turned a corner, cut across the street and halted at the sight of people fleeing the park. Thick vines whipped out at a man’s ankle and torso, dragging him struggling over the edge of the sidewalk, across the pavement, to a mass of dirt clots, grass, squirming tendrils and a gargantuan flower gaping like a maw. Tendrils dripping in digestive juices slipped out somewhere between its petals, engulfing the kicking, yelling man until only twitching arms remained poking out of the closed pod. Snorting, the hollow found himself grinning at the potential to have some form of entertainment while this situation lasted.
That wasn’t the only plant; during the grisly display, more seemed to skulk out of the park area. He was ready when a tendril unfurled itself and whipped towards him. A blur of silver cleaved in half what would have liked to choke the life out of and devour him, causing a spray of the same juice. It ate through his clothes, leaving gaping holes around his shoulder, arm and thigh, but he could feel the difference in his reiryoku now. Able to condense enough that it put a supernatural layer tougher than steel over his skin.
"—Haaaahaha!” Roaring laughter as he kicked forward to avoid a tentacle large enough to send cracks down the street when it slammed.
It was only in an attempt to avoid the hell that was happening in the other sectors that had brought Tsukumo there. She had been naive, believing the usually calm park area would be some kind of haven from whatever was causing the disruption. She had been wrong.
It was only as she approached that she was passed by those fleeing the scene. Never a good sign. She pressed on, the large, drooling plants and their victims soon coming into sight. Be it training or her personality, she found herself acting before she had even thought.
"As sparkling stars descend, the little lambs learns of the sky. The Second Ship Fighter of the National Defence Organization, Circus, Tsukumo!"
As her words were uttered, six-pointed stars appeared around her hands, glowing in every colour imaginable. She, like most, had felt a shift in her being and though she had no idea if it would work or not, she gave it her all.
"Sterne!"
She cried out. Within seconds, a web like structure grew from her palms as she held them before her. Rapidly the string grew and grew, slicing through any plant that was in the path of the multicoloured threads, freeing any who were captive and within the reach of her attack.
