Is it worse to rely on 4 glasses of wine to sleep or 2 sleeping pills? Wish I could just *yawn* go to bed, maybe I could...never sober enough to know( at this point considering sleeping pills not a part of sober sleep...I take them to avoid the temptation of drinking). I can't afford a therapist. I can't bring myself to ask my parents for help. I know something is wrong. I don't know what.
