What The Health?
The 1.5hour documentary that would revolutionise the world, sincerely, improve the health of everyone and prevent further destruction to the planet - was just deleted from being freely viewed on YouTube. All wise knowledge should be free, so here are the notes I took whilst watching it, so you can read in a short space of time what you possibly would not have found the time to watch:
The World Health Organisation classifies processed meat as a Group One Carcinogen, in the same group as cigarettes, asbestos, and plutonium. Processed meat foods include: hot dogs, bacon, sausages, salami, pepperoni, cold cuts, and deli slices.
The ‘American Cancer Society’ has processed meats listed in their Eat Healthy page.
Dr.Neal Barnara, M.D. “Diabetes is not and never was caused by eating a high carbohydrate diet, and it’s not caused by eating sugar. The cause of diabetes is a diet that builds up fat in the flood: a typical meat-based diet. Looking into the muscles cells of the human body, you find they’re building up tiny particles of fat that’s causing insulin resistance. Therefore, sugar from foods cannot get into the cells to be utilised, and so builds up in the blood, and THIS is Diabetes.”
Dr. Garth Davis, M.D, “A study of 500, 000 people - carbs consumption was inversely related to diabetes. The more carbs someone ate, the less diabetes they had. But meat was strongly correlated.” Sugar has taken the focus off meat, dairy, eggs, pork, turkey, chicken for causing diabetes.
Harvard researchers looked at nine prospective studies finding that just one serving of processed meat per day increased risk of developing diabetes by 51%.
The American Diabetes Association - feature recipes for red and processed meat, and recipes for Healthy Living they had bacon-wrapped shrimp.
Heart disease, dementia, cancer, diabetes - the link - animal protein plays an enormous role.
Harvard University study showed that men with prostate cancer who eat large amounts of chicken, increase their risk of disease progressing four times.
Number One dietary cause of cholesterol is chicken because of the volume of chicken we eat. It has nearly as much cholesterol per gram as red beef, eggs being close behind. Beef 89mg/Chicken 85mg
One egg per day can be as bad as smoking 5 cigarettes per day for life expectancy.
Number One source of saturated fat is dairy, not meat.
A famous Tobacco industry memo, “Doubt is our product.”
The American Heart Association - had an entire section of beef recipes.
The amount of pesticides and herbicides in the flesh of fish is shocking, and they have oestrogenic and cancer-promoting properties in them.
Fish are Mercury sponges.
Type One diabetes (auto-immune disease) - Dairy.
Countries with the highest dairy consumption also have the highest rates of osteoporosis, so clearly, drinking milk does not protect your bones.
Dairy can increase a man’s chance of getting prostate cancer by 34%, and for women who’ve had breast cancer, just one serving of whole dairy a day can increase their chance of dying from the disease 49%.
The Casein protein, the main protein in dairy products, particularly in cheese, breaks apart in human digestion to create what are called casomorphins. Casein-derived, morphine-like compounds that go to the brain and attach to the same receptor that heroin attaches to. They are not as strong as Heroin, but strong enough to make you come back again and again and again.
Human breast milk has 2.7 grams of Casein per litre compared to 26 grams per litre for cow’s milk. That’s practically 10 times more. No wonder it’s so addictive.
80% of antibiotics are given to the farmed animals industry, which will be found in the meat.
Pollution from animal agriculture destroys lives.
Raising animals for food produces more greenhouse gases than the entire transportation sector. It is a leading cause of rain-forest destruction, species extinction, ocean dead zones, and freshwater consumption.
Leading health organisations are sponsored by the industries, whose food cause diseases. It’s like the American Lung Association taking money from the Tobacco industries.
Every five years, the US Department of Agriculture creates dietary guidelines for Americans. The committee who writes these guidelines has been made up of individuals who have received money from McDonalds, The National Dairy Council, the American Meat Institute, The National Dairy Board, Dannon, Candy and Sugar companies, Coca-Cola, and Anheuser to name a few . Which means we are getting our dietary recommendations from the very industries that are killing us.
USDA states that: Eggs cannot legally be labelled as: Nutritious, low fat, part of a balanced diet, low calorie, healthful, healthy, can’t say it’s good for you, or even safe!
You can stop and reverse heart-disease with a plant-based diet.
Heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, strokes, heart attacks, M.S, several autoimmune diseases, lupus, asthma, gerd, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis - Go on a plant-based diet and come off medication. Just 2 weeks to begin recovery.
You do not have to suffer. Take charge of your health. Heal yourself with a plant-based diet.
~ All health associations when contacted could not provide answers for why they promote harmful food on their Healthy-Eating pages. One did agree to an interview until they learned it was connecting diet to the disease. Another who agreed to an interview got nervous and refused to talk when it came to connecting diet to diseases. And a woman who worked for a hospital turned the researches for this documentary away openly saying it was bad for hospital business, for the hospital made a lot of money from people having diseases.There was a lot more in this documentary, which can currently be found on Netflix.
