Ok, I FINALLY finished the 3.7 and I must say: Cyrene is the GOAT.

Guys, PhiLia093 is supposed to represent pain you feel for others. Guys, she's doomed to watch the world and the people she loved so much suffer without being able to physically be there for them. Guys, she still tried her damn best to do something with the minuscule odds she had just like every single other Chrysos Heir. Guys, she managed to teach the world itself about its own beauty and made it want to take a stand too. Guys, the World decided to follow in her footsteps and embody everything she left behind.

I really do think we should correct this conception of KoG as a Dana Terrace show when in reality it’s the mutual brainchild of Dana Terrace and John Bailey Owen (JBO) and Zach Marcus, who were head writers on The Owl House as well and deserve a lot of credit for the way that show turned out. Dana herself has gone on record trying to clarify this!!!

But saying all their names can be a hassle so I suggest calling them DJZ as a collective. Or some other ordering like DZJ or ZDJ or ZJD or JZD or JDZ. Probably the first one since that’s the order their names are usually listed.

really like the fresh angle knights of guinevere takes as a disney critique. it's not so much "fuck you disney lmao" like everyone was expecting, it's moreso "there's value in the stuff disney makes, it's just reduced to mush by people that don't value it". i mean shit, guinevere is the representation of this show's thesis -- an entity that's still treasured dearly by frankie, and it had to escape being held hostage by its makers that were literally ripping its insides out for profit
