im just completely worn out from not living as myself. like a) by not living as leo, misgendered everyday, too scared to formally ask my family to call me different name/pronouns bc i told them i’d prefer to be leo and nothing’s changed. but b) bc i started therapy a month ago and im terrified that my entire Me is just messed up. its just been really upsetting realising that every single thing i do, think, and feel has to go though 17 layers of repression, fear, shame, etc. like i KNOW its an overused term im sorry but the people pleasing situation has gotten ridiculous. im straight up not a real person anymore, i just smile avoid conflict and am there for others and im losing it. no one asks about me ever, ive lived with the same 3 people for 6+ years and its killing me. i feel like a decorative plant

ive been so fucking isolated from having 0 friends, no socialising for the entirety of my 20s (apart from terror picnic last year) and now im genuinely like,,,,broken??? thats why i keep making those dumbass posts about me wanting some old wise mentor or whatever im just beyond desperate for company, advice, direction, stability etc :(. like back in 2021 i thought i was isolated then lmao when i was only two years into this shit, and back then it was bad enough that i was getting like. chest pains and nausea from lack of company/physical affection. And now i worry its worse that its just become completely normal??

i just cannot go on like this, bUT im stuck in a loop bc im so unused to friendliness, kindness etc that im too scared to put myself out there, bc i have nothing to fall back on whoops. plus im sTILL struggling with this ed and i do nOt want to be hospitalised for it in june even though that was discussed today, i need to stay out of that to stay stable and present for the other people in my life :(( argh.

im doing so badly rn from isolation/lack of support/no friends. i know its the same old shit i’m sorry i literally havent been able to make friends or get out of this situation bc i haven’t left the house

i keep seeing videos of people hanging out with friends, supporting eachother, sitting with their friends, casual affection etc and i cant believe people live like that it feels like a movie. ive been isolated since jan 2020 and im worried im permanently broken now.

i dont know what to doooo atm. i feel like a robot who isn’t really alive?? like my job is just to be there for my immediate family and help fix their problems, or be nice or good or funny or in the background and aaaaaa for some reason im like breaking down. i feel SO crazily alone, i cant talk to my family about mental health bc its just not what we do and i dont trust anyone :( i feel chronically misunderstood (i know how lame that sounds sorry) and absolute bone deep exhaustion from not living, like at all.
