since when did initiative come to mean “read my fucking mind”, like are bosses these days just utter spastics? I don’t know what your thinking, you need to actually communicate and fucking interact with you staff. Not to mention actually fucking listen, especially when your right hand is trying to critically explain something to you and you cut them off mid way through the first sentence about a non-issue that you would know if you let them fucking finish. Not to mention, don’t start going off at someones whose not qualified and worked there less than 3 weeks for not knowing policy you’ve never brought up and refuse to let them use programs that would make this clear “because these programs are changing in the near future” but then blame them for not knowing something that your responsibility to teach. How can you sit in your office all day, doing nothing then walk out and act like you actually know a single thing that occurs in this workplace, cause you clearly don’t have a clue whats been going on or what any of your staff do all day
