I am getting to the point where I see collective thinking everywhere. Seeing headlines telling you how to feel. Telling you what to believe. Listening to the masses cry out to use hate and violence against hate and violence. And the person who says let's wait for all the details come in before making and judgments, is now the insane one. The person who says, I don't want to pick sides, is the closed minded. The person who wants civil discussion, is now outcasted. We need a peacemaker to raise above the extremist views on the left and right to lead us back to harmony. Another Martin Luther King Jr., someone who can stay strong through a raging storm. You won't get peace by picking sides, pointing fingers or by making demands. You get it by staying calm, not raising a fist or weapon and making your point respectfully. Hate does not exist here. It is a wasteful emotional response to someone who wants validation for their views.
