“I mean, I hope it’s not weird for you because it’s pretty bomb for me. I know it’s not creepy though, it’s not like i’m showing you a dead body or anything.”
“Ok, now you just have me too curious not to know what’s going on. Well, as long as it’s not a dead body, I think I’ll be able to handle it.”
❝ Pleasure, Addie. So what brings you to Vegas? ❞
“The pleasure is all mine. Getting away from what I know, I guess. It all just felt like I was trapped in a routine and I couldn’t take it any longer.”
Honestly, it’s the only thing about that damn awards show that excited me.
Lady Gaga’s performance was pretty great too. I think that and Leo winning were the best parts.
Blue reemerged from the water with the proudest of looks on his face. Everything he did, he did it loud, always attracting as much attention as naturally possible. “That’s how the cool kids do it.”
Addie couldn’t help but laugh when she noticed the look on his face. “Now wait a minute. Are you hinting that I might not be cool?” She asked, a small grin on her lips now.
“By all means, if you need to finish that shower don’t let me keep you.” She said walking into the room. “Sorry, I just thought people might get a little handsy on a half naked girl standing alone in a hallway.”
“I mean, I was mostly done. I was just going to stay in a little longer with my thoughts. So it’s no big deal.” She said closing the door behind the other girl. “Oh, definitely. I would let you in even if I had no extra clothes to spare.”
“Yeah it’s not for me. I mean maybe actually build a houses or something. I helped build barns so it would just take a little bit more learning right?”
“I wasn’t fond of high school. I knew what I wanted to do and it made going to school a task. Maybe you could. It would take a bit more. But I’m sure it wouldn’t be too much more.”
“Alright – alright, alright – just give me a second to get some clothes on and I’ll get out of your way. This ought to count as some sort of harassment.”
“I was just asking you to move along. But don’t worry, I won’t harass you. That’s not really my style.”
Leo won an Oscar, and I think this is the happiest I’ve been all month long.
It’s about damn time. I think the internet was going to implode if he didn’t win this year.
“No no listen, I know it’s late and I know it’s weird but can I just show you something for two seconds? I promise it wont be weird or anything.”
“Well, as long as you swear it won’t be weird or creepy. Or anything like that, then you can show me.”
“Look I don’t know if you can hear me in there, but i’m literally standing out here in my underwear and it’s freezing. I just need some clothes.”
“Sorry, I was just finishing up a shower and getting dressed.” She said as she pulled the door open. “Come on in and find something that you like, I suppose.”
“I think I still look really attractive with spectacles on.” Rayanne joked to the person beside her as she tried on the glasses on display at the mall.
“I mean, I’ve seen people look worse with them on.” Addison teased with a small grin on her lips. “Actually, you do, in all seriousness. If only we all could.”
“Maybe we will be able to be neat one soon, I know there are others who wish to be near one as well!”
“I definitely hope we will be. I mean, it’d be nice to be able to just go to the beach and it not take hours.”
“No trust me, I barely passed high school. Manual labor is definitely where I’ll end up having a career. Doesn’t bother me though, I’ve kind of always known that.”
“Well, school isn’t for everybody, that much I know to be true. But as long as you enjoy what you do, that’s all that matters in the end.”

“It’s nice to meet you, Maverick. I’m Addison. Or Addie. Whichever works for you.”
“Because three is the average number of times I can go in a night - sometimes its more, but I’m hoping the other party will have more condoms if needed. It depends on the kind of session that happens. That’s what I like, a girl with some patience!” Blue turned to get changed, shimmying out of his clothes before taking a run for the water and dive bombing right in.
“Well, that makes more sense. See, at least you can go in and get a condom. I don’t really have a way of protecting myself like that. But you only live once. Gotta make the most of it. Patience is a virtue, or so they say. I’m just lucky enough to have it, I think.” She admitted before chuckling as she watched him dive bomb in. “And that’s the way to get in the water.”
