The last time I posted was back in October. I am not sure how much further I am in my recovery journey. Still in the same Php, still 5 days a week. 8am-7pm. Going to day Care in a month and it couldn't be sooner because in frustrated and bored of the ward. Sick of everyone's behaviours triggering me and the ip with bodies I can't have. Walked out of lunch today and now sitting in Starbucks thinking it over. Not my best decision, but my intention wasn't to avoid lunch but to avoid triggers. Got here and realised I couldn't do lunch on my own. *sigh*
