To start, Polo is a sona from last year, yup. They no longer represent me

But thinking about them makes me reflect on what happened during those times, so it's nice to learn from them whenever those rough days occur again. Just letting y'all know that. Becuz Sorrow represents self-loathing and it's basically Polo's main theme and and

And I feel really happy doing this self-reflection thing :3

I'm going to talk about my past personal experiences in there, even if not in specific. Gonna warn you about it just in case someone gets uncomfortable with that 👍

That strange mark on Polo's face is a mix between the markings some ducks have and also their wiped off tears

The logo on Polo's back is a slight reference to Tragedy's six eyes and six-eyed Litany, but more inclined to Tragedy

They once belonged in Litany's Domain, like, they were alongside Litany since they can remember. Litany made their uniform in its name, but it is no longer the same since they left its surveillance, taking the vibe of Sorrow instead.

Dozer represents Polo's self-worth and is actually quite nice to them. They say things like "Keep your head up, your majesty. We're royalty! Treat yourself like one, just like I do." Or something

Dozer is usually the one who encourages Polo to get out of a saferoom, or to rest in it. Somehow it knows very well which one is the best action to take.

Craven doesn't appear as much in saferooms, but it does always appear between them. They represent criticism told by others towards Polo.

This is my own messed up interpretation of Craven in Polo's point of view :/

While it is good to value the criticism of others, letting them reverberate in your head is not good. It becomes a habit of defining yourself over what people think you are, it becomes a dependance for praise (Slight)

But if Polo decides to not care what other people think, they become too uh how do I say it- Dismissive, and forget to care about the people around them (Kookoo)

That's why Craven has Slight's eyes and Kookoo's clock. Yep :3

Litany calls Polo "Birdie"

It tends to appear whenever Polo is not feeling well, either struggling with Sorrow or Craven, and invites Polo to come back to its domain

Polo often declines and runs away, even though they do miss the support more often than they would admit.

But it often ends with more wounds than healings, so they try to deal with Sorrow instead

They're gonna have to face Litany one day heheh >:]
