What do you think of Dark cardiophilia?

I love it. I just don't like the scenarios with knives/open heart surgery/ripping it out. But I'm interested in most other parts like defib, needles, pressure, suffocation, pushing the heart past its limits in other ways. I love to talk about that stuff
