Basic tips for gaining

Struggling to get past 200, or any number? Make sure you

- Eat sugary sweets right before going to sleep

- Eat breakfast as soon as you wake up. Pancakes, waffles, bacon, eggs, anything like that. Or all of it ;)

- Eat a big lunch at roughly the same time everyday. Get your body into a pattern

- Make dinner your largest meal, go wild here. Eat anything and everything possible

- Always stuff yourself. If you’re hungry, EAT

- Heavy cream is a must

- After big meals sit or lay down to relax, let your belly digest all the food before you do too much otherwise you get cramps

- Weight gain shakes should be taken but not in excess. One a day at maximum, you need to still fill up on real food too

- Keep exercise to a minimum but don’t be completely lazy. Walk around to allow your body to adjust so you can grow without losing too much mobility

- Always upsize your orders and get large of everything. I don’t want to see the word ‘small’ in any order

What I Want in a Feeder
