Before we start, I want to tell you a very important thing: You are the person. You have rights. You can be whoever you want. No one have a right to anyhow oppress your life choice, decisions and way. I want you to know that you are not alone, you never will be. Even in the most dark ages, there is always a hope and love. Stay strong. Express yourself. Share your story in comments and don’t be afraid: it is you. You are the most valuable thing that ever happened.
So, you basically noticed that there is a small lack of arts during the last week. I know that many people definitely would not really read that one, but I just find it important to explain and share the story not only to work it out myself and hear your suggestions but to help and support someone meeting such kind of quite hard things.
Well, if you had read a full post descriptions under my art works, you basically noticed a small “chat font” stories that gave you a small context of how the art idea or some sort of story appeared. Unfortunately, all of those stories were absolutely terrible and they are still going on till the day I make this post. I want to give you a full context of what happened and warn you about things you can meet in your social life:
Everything started from the moment, when I was working on my (still unfinished) practice projects and have decided to release my quite a long time idea art with a concept of Puppet (Fnaf) and Hans (faction pack Metro 2033) character. I really enjoy and proud of work I’ve done. For me, it is one of major victories in my art journey. I have decided to join up one Roleplay Garry’s mod server about Metro 2033 universe the last time I played 5 years ago. I had quite a heartwarming experience there and wanted to give a second life to my little personal world and share the same energy with others.
I met a few friends of mine who really were happy to meet me up again but here where whole nightmare begins…
I want to make an important statement: I am quite a social person. I talk a lot, I joke a lot, I basically make any chat flow with life again. However my way of thinking and communicating could be very very different from yours and basically mysterious, strange, weird. It’s not something dangerous, it just a way of understanding and being.
After my first publish, I started to communicate with different people from that community. Just to be clear, those communities are mostly filled with Eastern Europeans (Post-Soviet) and their close neighbors. I know that you can say “what have you expected?” And I will tell you that I do not judge people by their nationality and country of living, so I treated every person with dignity and philosophical approach. Maybe… I made some mistakes or maybe my choice was not that wise as I thought before but at the end, I met a massive amount of public hate, mockery and even stalking. I want to hold your attention on stalking moment.
Even if I am a social person, I do not like someone trying to stubborn breach into my personal life details. You can ask and if I want to- I will answer, but when you are doing it on purpose to use against me or even use the most wicked tactic - to use my trust and then stab in the back - I will not tolerate it at all.
After quite a hard days with such absolutely terrible and hateful people’s behavior, I have decided to spread my art works and communication connections. I managed to find a few servers with the same Metro 2033 related theme and share my works there. In result:
Most of servers deleted them
Previous one have decided to punish me with mutes and restrictions for a “provocative content in creativity channel”
One server accepted my art works, even with a mixed up opinions
Now we are coming to the last part, where I was forced to fight back and defend myself.
I need to make an important statement, I am not a part of any communities like in general. I do not fight or argue over it, but I do not judge people for doing it. I prefer to fight for myself and my friends, justice and freedom.
So, I do support every person freedom and choice. I did not hide that I do support United Nations projects , LGBTQ community and every other projects that allows people to express themselves, find a support and, what is most important, accept themselves.
I do not like a primitive ideas of domination, control and social standards that makes person’s life less important than anything in this world.
During my (quite) a hard journey, I faced a big hate towards any kind of “non-traditional” way of living, that could be art, choice or even a profile description with a pronounce. An important thing: No one were doing any kind of propaganda or attempts to force people in accepting those topics or choices. Hate appeared and attacked by just a fact of those existence.
Hate itself became so absurd and destructive, that lead to a systematical oppression against people with furry profile pictures, artists and any kind of media that they considered as “non-traditional”. They even made a whole hate “link only” videos and a petition to restrict people from society for their creativity. Any kind of such art was threaten without a fair and related criticism (mine included, even such that had no suggestive things and was just a fan collaboration of Cult of the lamb and Metro 2033 universe).
The most horrible thing: they kept chasing me through different servers, joining text/voice chats, spreading false rumors and turning people against me. After that, they have decided to use a disgusting tactic - ask a person to create a tumblr account, follow me and leave “positive feedback” in most social medias I use then to gain my trust and take as much information as possible to openly share and manipulate in future. Those things were said by one of their faction members who told it in a voice chat with a feeling of success.
I can be honest, I made a mistake. I was blinded and lost my sense of safety. That almost lead to a catastrophic consequences but fortunately my natural feeling of doubt and logical research saved me from an awful things that were planned to happen.
I started to fight and tell the truth publicly about such things. Even being outnumbered and under a public pressure I managed to push through and finally release this heat, saving myself from unnecessary hard thoughts stimulated by made-up hateful and false narratives. I can say, this is basically not the thing you should go through and repeat my mistakes. I can confirm that it is always just to live your own way and focus on people who really care about you. However, it was my choice and I took whole responsibility for it.
During this time, I managed to work out many things and make my life better. I was not letting those intrusive feelings and hard emotions to break into my personal life. They do not worth it. Right now, I am still a little exhausted about what happened and basically will need some time to recover my trust and calmness. I still cannot believe that got fooled, tricked and used. I know that the person who is responsible for it is a reader of my tumblr and can see that message. I will tell it straight: I am not afraid. I am confident. I am alive.
That (unfortunately real life event) story is not about me. It’s about us: you, your feelings and other people going through hard times. It’s not about cruelty, hate, betrayal: it’s about self respect and your ability to be go through anything.
This story is not about fear and death,
This story is about love and life
The things, you deserve the most and will get no matter what.
