@southsideoftexas we usually do my neighbors cows in may. His wife has been very sick and it just now worked out. He’d have been better off just waiting on fall. Everything was too hot by 10 am

First ride since April, he did so good we gave him a bath. I think he’s just happy to be away from the mares

The hangers are something I’m trying, I’ve got to make a set from damascus and practiced on these. They’ll work as intended, but I don’t know how popular they’ll actually be.

I know. To those that don’t, these colts change colors when they shed their baby fur, and sometimes change again before they are grown. Roans and grays are very popular in the quarter horse world right now and that’s what we are all hoping for. With a gray mare and a red roan stud I’ve got a pretty good chance
