She'd managed to catch him off guard, if only for a moment. It was all the time she needed, actually, to tie the collar around his neck. Backing up, a hint of a smirk played on her lips, hands on her waist "I think it looks good on you." An almost mocking tone. Not like it was any different from her normal tone, though. Still, she approached "The hell do you think it is? It's a collar."
