Risky is a fish! Risky’s eyes are clocks. They don’t function, which annoys him profusely. They’re also attached firmly but wobble a bit, which also annoys him profusely. The reason for his clock eyes comes from his draft into the fish wars, when the dastardly shrimp unleashed a terrible bioengineered clock-eye virus on him specifically for reasons. Poor Risky!
