Pygmy Corydoras! Cute creatures. They lived with Alejandro in 72l tank. But they were scared of him and were hiding all the time. So I moved all 9 of them to another tank. They are very happy there, together with Otto Cats and African dwarf frogs. Very peaceful tank without a Betta.

But! Today I bought new things. Another metal shelf that'll stand next to the ones I already have. And new aquarium for Fernando! The 22l tank he's in is too small in my opinion. So I bought 40l tank for him. I also fell in love with WIO stuff. It's expensive as hell but it's also beautiful. I'll show you what things I'll buy or already bought!

The Everglades Riverbed is extremely cool. Plus gravel and substrate for plants. And a mix of different roots. And the most expensive one, the Black Venom Boulder. I hope the stones will be worth it haha. I want the tank to be perfect for Fernando.

Attila using his hiding places. I really like how I scaped his tank. Nothing really special, I'm not that good at aquascaping lol. But still. Lots of plants and wood. Blackwater. And catappa leaves on the bottom because I really like the natural look of them. Oh and also one hydroponic plant, which is Philodendron Brasil. I absolutely adore adding hydroponic plants to my aquariums. They are good for the nitrogen cycle and they have long roots that give Bettas shelter and are very natural for their biotope.

Here's the whole tank! I have a tiny problem with biofilm on the surface, even though I have great surface circulation. I recently got a skimmer so I hope it'll fix it.

I decided to create this blog because I really want to share my beautiful Betta boys haha.

I have four male Bettas. I'll have new one soon.

He was the first Betta I bought, over nine months ago. I learned everything from him. He's living in 72l/19g tank with his shrimp friends. He used to live with pygmy corydoras but he didn't like them very much hah. He's really calm, doesn't really like interacting with anyone. He loves his big sword plants.

Fernando 💛

Fernando my boy! My second Betta. He's in his 22l/6g tank. He's there alone because he once ate a shrimp 🥴. He's SUPER interactive. Loves to play with my finger, always swims up to me. Acts like a golden retriever in fish body. I love him very much. I'll probably update his tank to a bigger one in the future.

My pretty boy. The second I saw him in the pet store I HAD to get him. Love at first sight. He's in a 40l/10g tank with red cherry shrimps. He's the most hostile boy I own hah. Always flares at smallest things and jumps at food. He even flares at my face. But I still love him because he's pretty.

And my newest fish! First one I bought online, from a breeder. He's in 49l/13g tank with Amano shrimps. He's super pretty and healthy. He's probably the smartest one too. Loves to play with me, loves to eat. He's extra friendly with his shrimp friends. Attila is also still a baby.
